CAS Mindset: Intentionality, Authenticity, and Consistency
I'd be willing to bet you've heard more than one IB senior gripe about the CAS "requirement." I'd also be willing to bet that those same IB seniors came into the program with the mindset that CAS is a burden. It is hard to shift this mindset once it has taken root.
This is why I am offering you a different CAS mindset from the start of this school year. With this small shift in perspective and approach you'll find CAS to be a welcomed counterpoint to your academics.
The mindset is simple: quality over quantity. Approach your CAS experiences with intentionality, authenticity, and consistency. Let’s consider why each quality matters.
